Velora Fjord sells digital products only (such as templates, checklists, documents, and other downloadable resources). No physical items are shipped.
Because access to our products is delivered immediately after purchase, our refund rules are different from those for physical goods.
1. Digital products only
All items sold through Velora Fjord are:

Intangible, digital products

Delivered via download link, online access, or email

Intended for personal, single-user use only
No physical returns are possible, and no items need to be shipped back to us.
2. General refund policy
As a standard rule, all sales are final once access to the digital product has been delivered.
We generally do not offer refunds in cases such as:

Change of mind after purchase

You decide not to use the product
-
You expected a different result without having read the product description

You purchased the wrong product but already accessed or downloaded it
Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Situations where we may offer a refund
We want our products to work as promised. In specific situations, we may review and, at our discretion, approve a refund, such as:

Technical access issues
You did not receive access to the product (for example, broken link or failed delivery) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you contact us. -
Duplicate purchases
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same email address. -
Incorrect product delivered
You received a product that clearly does not match the description or listing you purchased from.
To request a review, contact us at team@velorafjord.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:

Order confirmation or proof of purchase

A brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not fall within the criteria above.
4. EU digital content & right of withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, consumer law may grant a 14-day “cooling off” period for certain purchases.
However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing from Velora Fjord, you:

Request immediate access to the digital content, and

Acknowledge that this means you lose the 14-day cooling-off right for that purchase, once access is provided.
Where local law still requires a right of withdrawal that cannot be waived, we will comply with the minimum obligations set by that law.
5. Chargebacks & abuse
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at team@velorafjord.com so we can investigate and resolve it where possible.
Unjustified chargebacks (for example, after full access to the product has been used) may lead to:

Revocation of access to products, and/or

Restriction from future purchases.
6. How refunds are processed (if approved)
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

You will lose access to all refunded digital products and related files, links, or updates
